S-A-F-E-T-Y FIRST

S is for SUPERVISION
That’s a really big word. It’s a very important word too.
Remember: NEVER, EVER go around the water without an adult!

S is for STEPPING into the hot tub. NEVER jump or dive!

S is for SITTING in the hot tub. NO jumping or diving!

A is for ADULTS being with you in the hot tub.

A is for ALWAYS wash with soap and water before using the hot tub.

F is for FOLLOW the rules.

F is for safety FENCES.

E is for EVERYONE OUT of the hot tub after a 15-minute soak.

E is for safety EXTRAS like locking covers, no alcohol and no drugs!

E is for EQUIPMENT. Hot tub equipment and chemicals are for ADULTS ONLY.
T is for TEMPERATURE. Not too cold. Not too hot. That’s my motto!
The water should not be hotter than 104 F., but only adults should check the water temperature. You can help remind them!

Y is for YOU, YOUR friends and YOUR family.
